19“ IPC 2U-2404L

The IPC 2U-2404L is the perfect rack for a low-priced storage system. The excellent quality of the materials combined with superb workmanship establishes the basis for a very variable case.

The IPC 2U-2404L offers the possibility to mount maximal four 2.5" or 3.5" Hot-Swap HDDs and one internal 2.5" or 3.5" HDD (by using a 2.5" with 9.5mm height also a 3.5" HDD simultaneously). The IPC 2U-2404L is equipped with three serial 40mm fans. At the rear of the chassis you can mount an ATX PSU with 80mm fan or a Mini-Redundant PS/2 PSU.

For the use of the backplanes in this product we recommend controllers of the manufacturers Avago® (formerly LSI®) and Areca®.

Please Notice:
The included backplanes only support SAS-Controller with SFF-8087 connection.
In operation with SATA-Controllers, please order the optional available in right quantity.
For controllers with other connections, you find appropriate cables here: cables for data transmission
Note
By use in combination with an Intel Onboard SATA-Controller the Controller has to be set to Raid-Mode (Hot-Plug will be set automatically) or every port separately to Hot-Plug/ external Port (depends on your Bios). If these settings are not available in your Bios, maybe an error-free use is only possible by using an additional SATA-Controller.
